Gordon’s Service Experts has been our heating and A/C service provider for at least 20 years. Obviously, since we have been with them that long, they must be (and are) doing things right. We have a maintenance contract with them and they call to remind us when it’s time to set up biannual appointments. Although they always schedule the appointments with an arrival time with a two hour window, in my experience, they arrive at the earliest hour of that window. This morning they had a cancellation, so they called and came early, which was even better. Service Technicians Desmond Tilly and Bradley Keys we’re here today. They were both masked, as was I, and had booties on. 👍 They were both very professional, personable and courteous. They reviewed everything they found and were on their way. Next time I make an appointment, I will request these two technicians get the call. Highly recommend Service Experts to anyone.
