I came about Plumb Crazy after having a less than pleasant experience with a plumbing company assigned by my home warranty company. The other company was so unacceptable on the phone that I chose to pay straight out of pocket rather than the obviously cheaper route of using my home warranty ($75). Jennifer, right off the bat, made me feel that I'd made the right choice just by how kind and professional she was on the phone. Scott was very nice, knowledgable & professional. He came out and fixed my problem very quickly, then showed me how to adjust the valve manually. They are reasonably priced and provide prompt service. Extremely happy with them!
