I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. Fixed a crossover problem (hotwater bleeding into cold). They methodically checked out the problem until they found the issue, fixed it and stayed long enough to be sure it was fixed. The price was reasonable and the guys very polite.

I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the prominent Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.

Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. Within 15 minutes and it cost less than $200.

Jet Plumbing was out, relayed poor/wrong info back to the home warranty company. Another company is called out and fixed it within the hour. My girlfriend left a review about it. Today I find out she received a phone call that was not pleasant. She was yelled at and in the end threatened to be sued if she didn't remove her review. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.
