Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

This company is great. I had two very large leaks that were very hard to locate. These guys came out, found them, and did a great job fixing them.

This is the second time we have used Tipton,s and it was great again. Came on time and was out with in 15 min. Cost was a little high for a 5 min job but someone has to do the sh*! . I will def use them again because of how great they were. And 1st time was awesome to my wife and didnt try to take advantage of her like previous company tried too. All in all i would say use them. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Our office was freezing this morning. We called them and they showed up so fast! They serviced two furnaces and got them up and running in no time! Reasonable prices and everything was great! They were nice and professional. It wasn't the first time we used them, and it won't be the last!

Need to teach their drivers to obey traffic signs and laws. Went straight in a right hand turn only lane through a light and then tried to get into my lane by pushing me into oncoming traffic.

Bryan got the job done. I had another plumber out, ATS plumbing and after three times they still didn't take care of the problem with the roots in my lines. I know to stick with Plumb Crazy for future needs.
