The best experience ever I’ve had with a plumber, given that the problems they help you fix is almost always costly.I received a referral from my neighbor, and being frantic about my leak that I had discovered two weeks ago and forgot about until I happened to have to go under my sink - immediately (in the middle of the night) wrote to them, texted the number, and called the following day.Communication from initial contact to closing of work completion was stellar. (I reserved a star for future work.) They contacted me by text, phone call and email. When they had to reschedule, they fit me in the following day - my issue wasn’t necessarily an emergency in the scheme of things, but I think they understand that once a person has to call a plumber, responsiveness is critical.They sent me reminders via text and email; and when the plumber was on his way from the previous job, they also texted me. The two-hour window period was doable, but still, it was nice to receive notification that he was on his way.The plumber (Tri Doan) was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I didn’t feel like I had gone to a car dealership and was treated according to my gender - the ladies know what I mean.Even marketing the membership deal was done patiently, using with the ipad app showing the difference between regular price and membership price, in addition to the perks one gets for the package. I saved the initial $25 off on repair, as well as received the discount not the work from having purchased the membership.While the actual repair wasn’t rocket science for the plumber - I couldn’t have done it myself - and don’t want to wear out my welcome with my male friends or relatives who know how to do these things; and I was able to get a clogged bathroom drain cleared (hair of course) all in the one visit, which was less than 2 hours.While it was a costly day from my perspective, had I delayed addressing both problems, it would definitely cost me more in the long run.Included in the annual membership is a plumbing inspection - which I will schedule after I recover from this (lol). Likely other issues will need to be addressed and scheduled.I am happy to recommend Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating based on this initial experience alone.
