Our pump was replaced with a stronger one and has been working like a champ. Mr. Rooter saved us from more flooding in our in-law unit and allowed us to sleep peacefully during these pineapple express downpours. Spencer the owner was also very responsive and a pleasure to coordinate with. Highly recommend.
