This company replaced my main water supply pipe (old/poly) and my shut off valves. They came out within hours of me calling, gave me a FREE estimate, and started working in my yard the next day! The techs arrived early both days and kept me informed during the entire process. Pricing was VERY competitive and the customer service was amazing!!! They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!!

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. He honored his original quote and did a little extra job for us without upping the price. I recommend him highly.

If I could give no stars I would. We’ve been waiting over 6 hours from our initial appointment window. Called them 7 times and they kept saying in 30 minutes. They have no idea where their technician is. They called to confirm the address. I’m honestly baffled at the audacity of these people. They want to charge me $65 for them being awfully late. I’ve had plans they gave me a window and I’m just p-o’d. Rediculous. I don’t recommend them at all. They said sorry for the confusion??? What confusion is there. You being way late... passed my initial wait window. Ugh. Didn’t even try to make it right. I will not accept bad service. You either do what you say or don’t do it at all.

Plumber not only resolved leak we reported, they also found an additional leak we didn’t even know about and resolved that one too.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly.
