After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. Anyone who felt compelled to comment on Ward and Hane's ability to not only get the task done but to do it well and on time would be able to attest to their skill. Others who have had the pleasure of doing business with them have done their part to spread the word that they're the genuine deal, and I'm more than happy to do the same. I have now employed them twice and can say they have been more than fair. More than willing to accommodate my budget and plumbing requirements. In addition, there is an uncommonly personal element to their work. They treat each task as if they were doing it for themselves, and they have been willing to share every step of their process with me as they perform it. There is no greater transparency than that. In addition, they always possess a genuinely positive attitude. Just a cheerful, family-owned business with employees who perform their duties as if for themselves, but for you. They are now my contractors.

I had an amazing experience, I needed a whole new main water pipe from the meter to my house and the plumber Mike explained everything to me and it was reasonably priced, they also allowed me to take time to have other companies quote me which was almost double what they quoted me. awesome experience I recommend this company and please ask for mike he was so effeciant.

This company's a winner from the 1st phone call to Carla to the final bill. Monte and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Monte beat the other guys price by several thousand, while not skipping a beat on the repairs!! Don't go to anyone else with their phony pricing and slip shod service. This business knows what great customer service is, by not cheating the consumer OR themselves!
