Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires plumbing services.

This company replaced my main water supply pipe (old/poly) and my shut off valves. They came out within hours of me calling, gave me a FREE estimate, and started working in my yard the next day! The techs arrived early both days and kept me informed during the entire process. Pricing was VERY competitive and the customer service was amazing!!! They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!!

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. Wesley, who took the initial survey of the current system was very knowledgeable and gave us an idea of what was possible and Scott came over that same day to present options based on our situation and current status. The very next day we had Oswaldo, Fredo, Elo and Jesus here bright and early and ready to for the out with the old and in with the new. These guys worked tirelessly in the blazing heat for hours and did a perfect job. Sure a new A/C is no small purchase, but you think of it as an investment that will serve your household for years to come. I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.
