This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

Bumble breeze came over for a maintenance check and before the technician went up in the attic everything was working correctly and once the technician touches the equipment BOOM the fan is stuck on and won't turn off unless I flip the switch from the breaker outside the house , and the company refused to fix the problem , crazy thing is we didn't call for them to come fix anything , they were coming just for a routine maintenance check and they end up breaking the fan and then after they break the fan they want to try and charge me 700 dollars and make it sound like they are doing me a favor by taking 200 off the original 900 dollar price for a circuit board (SMH) and then the service manager Chris tells me over the phone he can try to fix the fan issue but can't warranty the work .....well why didn't your technician just do that from the beginning. They didn't want to take accountability for there mistake , don't use them go elsewhere and if you do use them do not sign up for there maintenance program , there just going to try to find something wrong with your equipment or purposely break something so that they can make money , they can care less about the maintenance of your equipment and I wouldn't be suprised if I get a rude response from the owner like one of the other complaints I've seen on here . I hate writing negative reviews but after having someone come in my home when everything is working completely fine and then for them to leave and have my equipment not working properly and try and charge me 700 dollars for something that was NEVER BROKEN to begin with is just totally wrong just straight WRONG. Karma is going to bite these guys where it hurts

We are board members of an h o a on the west side of town. We had a drinking fountain at the swimming pool that was leaking. We were looking for a plumbing company what's closed to the HOA. Royalty Plumbing fit the bill. Anthony the owner came to service the water fountain. The fountain was old and leaking, approximately 10 to 12 years old. Because of the age of the fountain it took Anthony a little while to expose the inner workings of the fountain. once the guts of the fountain were exposed it was realized it was not worth repairing Anthony was able to cap the supply line and eliminate the leak and while doing this he was laying on his back and getting dripped on at a fairly constant rate. Thru all of this he was pleasant and composed and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime our association has a plumbing problem royalty plumbing will be the first call we make.
