There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. I just want to thank American Brothers Plumbing for providing me with quick efficient service. We were in need of plumber because the toilets wouldn’t flush properly and the shower was draining slow. Anthony U. showed up and saved the day. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the possibilities that could have caused the issues. In this day it’s hard to know who to trust when using repair companies for fear of being ripped off. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues. My dishwasher stopped working and I could tell water was not entering the unit. Mark P. showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional the entire time. He explained the problem to me and went above and beyond to give me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future and what to look for, for signs of future issues.

More importantly, he did not leave until he was confident the issue had been resolved and he ensured I knew how to reach him and his team should any issues arise.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

Very very knowledgeable and professional. They have all the equipment you problem could need and are friendly. I Went through many plumber companies in the past and I am glad to say I found this one!

Please think twice before you use this business.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
