On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. This is the second time I used Butter Plumbing and I am very satisfied. The tech was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite and informative. I called to have them replace a couple bathroom sinks and to check my water pressure since it's been very low lately. He explained if I needed something replaced but didn't push me to do make any additional purchase. I will definitely use them again in the future.
