We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. His supervisor Jason came out to assist and was so informative and educated me on different problems and solutions for various issues in our home. He really knows a lot about how to diagnosis things and was very determine to find the right solutions. They both were polite, great listeners, professional and detailed oriented. They even wear booties and I appreciate that because I'm a clean freak! We have several options to move forward with the work and we will be repairing things soon. I like how responsive the front desk is with text updates too. I am very pleased with these two technicians and understood the tricky problems with our plumbing. After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Called for a water leak on side of garage. Was pleasantly surprised that the office called me and said they will try and get someone out the day of. Tech called about an hour later and said will he out later in the day. The service tech was to the point and gotnon the issue right away. He was ex Military and learned the trade while serving. Very professional and I appreciated the work that was performed and reasonable price.
