The service and expertise couldn't have been more phenomenal!! We had been debating on a plumber to call for a while, our shower was switching between either scorching hot, unbearable water, or freezing cold, unbearable water. There was no comfortable in between. We were thinking it was going to be a huge fix, but finally decided we needed to get on it and call someone in. We looked up the best plumbers in Las Vegas, and Pure Plumbing had the best reviews by far. They came out the next morning (I called late the day before and couldn't squeeze them in until the next day) exactly when I was told he would be here. They sent text and email updates that my plumber, Bryce, was on his way. Bryce is an amazing person, I will never use another plumber as long as I live. Prices were very reasonable, it wound up only being a cartridge that needed to be replaced. He came for an estimate but we decided to do the service at the same time.He wound up having the part we needed in his truck and it was fixed in less than 20 minutes. Bryce was so friendly and knowledgeable, he walked us through the procedure step by step to keep us informed on what he was doing. This guy was so experienced and professional, and I am sure the rest of their guys are just as good. I will never use another plumber, I am so happy with the service received.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and the plumber from Water Heater Repair Now Plumbing fixed it quickly and professionally. He even gave me some tips for keeping it running smoothly. I would definitely hire this company again.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy.
