NOT AS HONEST AS YOU WOULD THINK. So I called for an estimate because I was having low water pressure and a knocking sound from upstairs bathroom. The technician came over and said that it was the Pressure Regulator Valve. He did not touch it, did not try to turn the top of the valve nor the release. Gave me a quote of $425 normally but $375 today. I told him that I would give someone else a call for another estimate. Well, another company came over and the guy said it was the Pressure Regulator Valve, he went to his truck and loosened the top of the valve then the handle (release) and it was done in 10 seconds. MC Plumbing employee really was trying to push me onto purchasing a water filtration system for $4800+ or a water softner for $1900. Too bad this one example will not allow me or my friends and family to call this company again. :(

Michael H. is hands down the best rep! I had my first scheduled appt with him on a Saturday and instantly knew I wanted him to come back when my husband was home because Michael explained things so well to me but I also wanted my husband to be present to ask more questions. Michael came back on a Thursday and my husband and I spent over an hour asking Michael every question you could think of about the products, installation, costs, maintenance, and everything in between. He was so patient and friendly. He is also beyond knowledgeable and has a high level of experience. He was not pushy and he came during his off hours just to educate us and provide us with all answers to our questions. His friendly demeanor led to us purchasing water filtration and a water softer through Pure Plumbing. We are excited to see Michael H. again for the installation.7/28/2023Follow-up review. Michael H. stopped by for the installation. He made the work seem effortless since he is well experienced in the work he does. The installation took about 4 hours. He took his time with theinstallation, which reassured us the work being done was and is top quality. Michael double checked the installation was done properly. He walked through the home with my husband and I to run the water and explain how everything functions. We are truly grateful that Michael was the tech who installed our water and filtration system in our brand new build home. The price was also the best in comparison to other quotes we received. They offer a military discount for active duty members. Highly highly recommend!

I had some electrical troubles and approached him based on a recommendation. He was the sweetest, fairest, and most honest individual I'd ever met. Oh, and he's also quite good at it. awesome!!!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

****Update on review: please read the company response below. My response: How did I take advantage of your ”Free Estimate”? You made a business decision/model to offer that. I ended up not using Chris is because of his unprofessional attitude towards my partner and me. Yes, it does look like you guys have done good plumbing work, but my review is about my experience with Chris, who represents your company, which left me feeling belittled. The fact that you said my review is inaccurate because I took advantage of your ”free estimate” and not even offer an apology blows my mind.*******

I called this company because it was on Ranni tankless water heater website. The person who answers the phone was super friendly and said they would send out a tech at no charge.

Chris showed up with another tech and looked at the heater for about 15 mins or so and said it would be $350 to diagnose the problem. It will take about 2 hrs while he calls Ranni’s customer tech support to find out what the error message means on the display. All repairs done after will be charged extra.

I was surprised to find out that it cost $350 just to diagnose the problem and not sure how much it would be if it needs additional repair. Chris then said 2 hrs is how long he will need the diagnose the problem, and if I want to call the customer support myself, then I can try.

I was shocked that he said that with such a condescending tone. He did not appear professional, and I felt like he was bullying me to pay him for just to diagnose the problem. He also stated that if I call another plumber, I would call him right back because he was ”The Guy” to fix this brand of tankless water heater. I'm the best guy in town” he said.

Well, guess what? I did call another plumber and the problem was fixed it within 30 mins, and it wasn't even the water heater. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have had in my life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a nightmare of an experience with a local plumbing company here in Las Vegas. After much frustration and being fed up for an entire weekend I decided to give Catania & Son a call. I knew Wayne from his previous work at my condo and he showed up on time to install a new dishwasher. After the dishwasher install Wayne went right to work to take care of the debacle under the kitchen sink that the previous installer poorly put in.

Here is a list of everything Wayne had to fix from the previous company:

1.) Strainer was bad on the right side of the sink.
2.) No caulking around garbage disposal and sink strainers.
3.) P-trap arm was too short and this caused leaks because they forced it over to tighten the nut. This led to a strain on the pipes which caused a small leak that would have gotten worse.
4.) Used silicone around sink which looked awful…. Should have used white caulking.
5.) Lastly, a dishwasher install is a plumber’s install (a dishwasher like a water heater is a plumbing fixture). ***I was told by the previous plumbing company that they do not install dishwashers***

I am happy to say Wayne got everything fixed for a very good price. Garbage disposal runs like a champ, caulking looks dynamite, the pipes underneath look like a million bucks, and lastly, no leaks anywhere!

I am very happy with the service I received from Wayne.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem. They were great.

Vadym was honest and professional. Checked everything I asked him to and fixed everything that was wrong. 100% recommend!
