Was on time and service was top notch. The hot water heater was removed and installed. Within the requested time frame. The plumber specialist had all tools and parts on hand. Exemplary customs and courtesy and answered all questions.

Turned on my water heater. Hadn't had hot water since Friday around 5:30pm. I had turned it off in error thinking it would turn off the water. The plumber that came out yesterday refused to turn it back on. I'm 76 & have my 2 Great Grandchildren 6 and 10 living with me. It's been difficult with no hot water. Devon, who took my call was very accommodating & Daniel Diaz, the technician was super nice & great. He remedied the situation & I am so happy. It was a miserable weekend. There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. Great experience! We had an emergency need late at night for plumbing help and I was lucky to find this company on Facebook. I was able to get something scheduled within the next 14 hours! So easy to schedule, everyone was so great to work with. Matt came out to help and he not only fixed the issue but was so kind to my kiddos who were home and curious about his work.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. I had been without water for 4 days because the first guy that came out said he couldn't fix the leak til the water from the leak dried up. I live in a mobile home so I proceeded to remove all the skirting from the back end of my home to give the ground a chance to dry up. Then this other guy comes to give me an estimate on how much and then says this will be an easy fix, I can do it right now!!!!! How wonderful!! I hadn't had running water in days!!!! Thank goodness for Junior!!!! If you want a job well done and quick, make sure you get Junior to do it for you! If it wasn't for him, I'm sure I wouldn't have my water back on. Thanks again!
