From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Catania & Son made some major changes to our plumbing. They are outstanding! They permit anything that is necessary; the City of Henderson is very familiar with this company (a good sign). Every employee was professional and courteous. They are also cost competitive. We HIGHLY recommend Catania & Son Plumbing!!

I called this business because I received a letter from the Water Department advising me that I possibly have a leak. Called spoke to Carla she was able to get me scheduled for the next day to have them come out. Monty and his crew were able to tell me where the leak was and what would need to be done to fix it. the only thing is I would have to wait for 2 days because they were all booked. needless to say I waited the 2 days and it was fixed as promised.

They were on time and efficient. Fixed my plumbing issues.

The technicians were great, as well as the gentleman that took over my service order in the office (towards the end). But I will say this.... Had this not been an insurance issue I would have fired this company and moved on, solely based off of the poor customer service that I received from lady in the office that was orginally handling my claim.

When I woke up this morning for work, the last thing I expected was to take a cold shower. After turning on the shower, I was met with nothing but cold water. I quickly realized my water heater had a hole in the bottom, and my garage was flooded. I had to leave for work with no time to spare, so I had no choice but to rely on a plumbing service in Las Vegas to come to my home and replace the water heater while I was away.

I had never heard of Plumbing in Las Vegas, so I was a bit hesitant to hire them. After researching the company, I was pleasantly surprised by the glowing reviews I found online. I decided to take a chance and contact them. I was immediately met with a friendly voice on the other end of the line, who told me they would be able to come to my home and take care of the problem.

The team arrived on time and got to work right away. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were also careful to wear protective gear to protect my home from any potential messes. They quickly identified the issue and began the replacement process. Within a few short hours, they had replaced my water heater and left my home spotless.

The best part of the experience was the customer service. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. They even took the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had.

Once again my kitchen sink was overflowing in six months I had my home warranty company send these guys that don’t even have the right equipment and finally I got on Yelp I contact the company LVRD I live in Southern Highlands lady over the phone book me right away even though they were busy A guy name Dan showed up at my house within one hour vacuum all the dirty water out from the kitchen sink empty out the whole Bottom of the sink put his cable machine in there within 20 feet clear the line very professional very clean had shoe covers when he walked into my house which that’s a big deal to me and my wife this is our first time dealing with Dan amazing job they deserve every five star thank you again have a great Monday!

I called them on Tuesday night. They gave me a 4 hour window for Wed between 4 to 8 pm. got a call at 9:30 pm saying that they have someone that can come out in 30 min. Kids were in bed and I said I'll call you in morning. Thursday morning call them at 7 am they said someone will be out between 10 and 2. The leak now destroying my wall at 11 am I called another plumbing company who is on their way. They get 1 star for not showing up... not sure how about their work!

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE WORK DONE. THANK YOU ANTHEM!
