Best Video Inspection in North Las Vegas NV

Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

I have used them before, so today I decided to use them again for my leaky sink through my home warranty. Not even 5 minutes after placing my claim, I received a call from a very nice gentleman, I believe his name was sasun, he scheduled my appointment for the same day. The technician responded as promised, actually one hour earlier, after confirming that the time was OK with me. The technician that came out diagnosed the issue I had and within 25 minutes, and my sink was up and running like a new one, thanks to these guys.

Thank you CSSC! Chuck came out to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He was on time, professional, friendly and even took his shoes off without me asking (it's the small things right?). He fixed the problem in no time. The service at Complete Service Solutions is 5 star!

I had to get my entire shower tile re-done and the installer put me in a situation where my plumbing was no longer lining up with the wall properly. It's amazing how something so small can become such a large problem. Nobody else had the answers except HIPS. They showed up ON TIME for their appointment (which was very easy to make and work with my schedule), were friendly and efficient. Their #1 concern was getting the job done right and that I was happy with the end result. Companies like this are very rare (especially in Las Vegas) and I won't call anyone else for anything plumbing related.

Over the years I've grown to distrust plumbers due to getting over charged and lied to. Not to mention when you get a plumber that just half ass does the job and charge very high prices. I've been a home owner for 10 years and over the years my pipes have been getting clogged over and over and I've dealt with several companies through the years. So when my main sewer pipes got clogged again I decided to try a new company. I got quoted two prices over the phone with LV Rooter which was refreshing. Most companies would say ID have to look at it first before I can quote you and then charge a service fee. LV Rooter Dan uses up to date equipment that 97% percent of the plumbers don't have. I actually had Dan come out and he educates you during the whole process of unclogging your pipes. I had the hydrojetting and camera done. To be honest I don't know why anybody wouldn't use the hydrojetting. Dan pinpointed the problem and discovered there was a sag or belly in the plumbing line. He suggested the fix and remedies and even referred a guy but stated it would be better to just do it myself. I myself know as a business owner exceptional customer service is what sets a business apart from businesses out to just do the job the fastest cheapest way. I put LV Rooter Dan at the #1 spot for best plumber in the business. You get a sense that he cares and he's definitely not out to gouge your pockets. It's refreshing to find an honest business company that goes the extra mile to help you and educate you at the same time. If you have any kind of stoppage or clogs in your house you MUST call the business!

Juliana was very polite and kept me updated with the time if visit from the tech. Danny was on time and very professional too, being upfront and answering my questions. I couldn't use them because their price was way beyond my means.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
