Curtis was very professional & courteous. He advised that he wouldn't be able to inspect/repair my Whirpool water softener. He did test the water from the kitchen sink & said it was hard. I forgot the water hardness #. He offered installing a new system - unfortunately it was beyond my budget. I am a recent widow & simply couldn't afford it, even with a payment plan.Thank you Curtis for your time.

This is a first rate Plumbing company. Great communication, great onsite attitude and thorough with their work. They performed a main sewer line cleanout and the tenant said they were the best workers she had ever seen. They make a landlord look great.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Of every technician whom has come to our residence, this man was the only one that was professional and one of the best professionals I've seen overall in a very long time. He was very informative, patient, understanding and dedicated! I actually regret letting him leave without tipping him, although it might not be a job that allows, he definitely deserves a big one.
