We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. His supervisor Jason came out to assist and was so informative and educated me on different problems and solutions for various issues in our home. He really knows a lot about how to diagnosis things and was very determine to find the right solutions. They both were polite, great listeners, professional and detailed oriented. They even wear booties and I appreciate that because I'm a clean freak! We have several options to move forward with the work and we will be repairing things soon. I like how responsive the front desk is with text updates too. I am very pleased with these two technicians and understood the tricky problems with our plumbing. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

The technician arrived to my house as scheduled. I received a text letting me know he was on his way to my property. The repair was completed the same day. The price for the service call was used as part of my final payment. The price paid was acceptable and I felt very satisfied with the whole process. I truly recommend this company to all. I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.
