Great customer service need any plumbing service they are the ones to call.

Definitely recommend this plumbing business! I got next day service, and the technician was even a little bit early --and did call me to let me know he was on his way.
Price was reasonable as well, compared to another plumbing project I recently had done by one of the big local companies (kitchen sink faucet replaced by the big company was $350... Bathtub faucet replaced by this company $179).
Technician Aaron was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling these people for my next plumbing issue!

Called again for a sewer line clean out....technician was Kerwin this time, and he was excellent! Nice guy, very polite and professional, got the job done fast.

Came out on a Sunday afternoon. I was so relieved to have this fixed. Jason was very quick to find the problem and had it fixed in no time. I'm very impressed with everything from the call I made to request service to the final results and very fair price!! I highly recommend this company.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. My manufactured home's water heater burst today (Saturday) and was flooding, so it was definitely an emergency. I called Rakeman because I had an excellent experience with them in the past, but the woman who whined, I'm only a dispatcher and You'll need to call back on Monday was unacceptably rude, even though as a wheelchair user, I was extremely concerned about the leak. I called another plumber who had the water heater on the truck (something else the Rakeman employee whined about not being prepared for), and they installed my new water heater professionally and pleasantly. Rakeman Plumbing advertises 24 hour emergency service on their website, but they refused to even come to my house to investigate my problem. Thanks Rakeman, I'll avoid your whiny employees in the future, and I will look elsewhere when I need plumbing services.

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Prime Plumbing is highly recommended and they beat out the competition on price by 20%!! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again!! Thanks again!
