We called Pure Plumbing to install a kitchen sink faucet and diagnose a toilet issue. Ron did a fantastic job! He was thorough, professional, friendly, and did excellent work. When the faucet we bought didn’t fit our sink correctly, he went out and bought another faucet, installed it, and it is beautiful. When he removed our toilet to diagnose the reason that our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly, there were visible roots in our line. He used a camera to check our lines, both inside and out, and found that we had lots of residue buildup in our pipes. He then used a high pressure water jetter to clean the pipes, and did an excellent job. He ended up spending the entire day working at our house and was hardworking, cheerful, and welcomed any question I had. He took care of all issues that he came to address, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. I would definitely hire Pure Plumbing, and Ron, again!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and the plumber from Water Heater Repair Now Plumbing fixed it quickly and professionally. He even gave me some tips for keeping it running smoothly. I would definitely hire this company again.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

Catania & Son made some major changes to our plumbing. They are outstanding! They permit anything that is necessary; the City of Henderson is very familiar with this company (a good sign). I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Prime Plumbing is highly recommended and they beat out the competition on price by 20%!! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again!! Thanks again!
