I am so grateful for Plumbing Kings! They came out last night and made a diagnosis that my master tub drain was the cause of the leak into my garage. I had a different company out here who failed to diagnosis it at all and never followed up after they sent a mitigation company out to cut holes in my ceiling. Thank goodness for Tyler! He is so professional and a very knowledgeable and skillful plumber! If you need anything plumbing related you have to call them! They know what they’re doing and are super responsive. 🙏🏻

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. Wow! Had an emergency situation that was smelling up whole house. They came promptly and found the problem all the way at the sewer clean out in front of house. He solved it and I am very relieved it wasn’t something worse. Didn’t try to sell me new services or push anything. Very professional & polite!!

I had no water pressure in my kitchen sink, Garrett stopped by, took a look, and knew exactly what was wrong. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My faucet had to be replaced, and was done in a timely manner. There was no mess, everything was cleaned up nice, and I have water pressure again in the kitchen. You don't realize how you need water pressure to wash dishes, until you don't have it..lol.

This Driver with plates 238A11 does not know how to drive ! Tried to cut me off but when was unable to due to construction and almost rear-ended me ! On top of that he had the audacity to honk at me for not letting him cut me off when he was speeding! No big commercial vehicle should be driving that way especially when advertising the company. Wouldn't ever consider hiring these plumbers because of this incident.

Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
