We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Stay far away from these scammers. The $99 service fee is how they operate and don't care if they get your job or not. They are not trustworthy at all and you can definitely do better.

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Thanks to Nancy, Jerry and the entire team. Will be referring family and friends to this company.

Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still don’t have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but it’s the owners money. Smh

Le llame para desirle que se tapo de nuevo y me dijo que nesesitaba un jetting me cobraba $650.00 dlr. .el sabia que se taparia de nuevo al meter solo el cable..al sigiente dia..son UNOS ESTAFADORES..
