Best Slab Leak Detection And Repair in North Las Vegas NV

We initially used a different company to unclog and hydro jet a backed up sewer line. Two weeks later we had the same problem. We called out the same company who then told us that the problem was an offset sewer line that would cost us $15,000 to fix.
We got a second opinion from Plumbing Kings. They carried out a line inspection and found that a portion of the sewer line was partially clogged with debris and grease. We did not have an offset sewer line.
Plumbing Kings staff were very professional and honest and saved us from being ripped off. Glad we got a second opinion. Relieved to know we don't need to spend the $15k for a fault that does not exist. Thank you Plumbing Kings, Steven and Tyler.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. 3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call. They did call but only to let us know that they will not make it and reschedule for tomorrow again 8-5pm. Wasted day. We are repeat customers too . Just so sad that they

After 3 months I was able to view the final product. It was a disgrace. I noticed a wet spot around where the work was done. So I called them for a check and àlso noticed the meter at the street showing a slow leak. Then the lvvwd happened to stop buy as well and confirmed a slow leak. Long story short the leak looked like it was coming from the under the house where they had replaced an original pipe. Had a conversation with the service man and he called his supervisor who told them they had done no work under the house. I blew a gasket told him I have the estimates to show so as well as receipt to show. Then the service man Said he was leaving. I told him not to leave and was calling the office and asking to speak with the owner. Also told him it didn't get resolved why he was here I would be on contact 13 that day in the evening telling everyone about it. The service person did so the necessary review under the crawl space of the house to determine there was no leaking on the work they performed or any other pipes. I thanked him and told him I was sorry for blowing up but didn't appreciate being called a liar. Needless to say I will never use citywide for anything ever again nor do I recommend that you use them either based on this experience and being called a liar. Very unprofessional to say the least if not downright illegal.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy.
