We had a wonderful experience using Plumbing Kings. This company came recommended from a friend and they are very professional and understanding. We caught a little luck since the damage didn’t require third party contractors and the subfloor wasn’t soggy. They could use most of the existing parts keeping our total to a reasonable amount by just replacing the normal wear and tear items. We were able to fix this particular problem so we can continue our snail-pace at renovating ‘this old house’ (built in 2007- haha) It is always scary thinking there could be thousands of dollars in repairs after removing the toilet but having an honest plumber is a really nice feeling. These guys are great and they aren’t out to recommend unnecessary repairs.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Their response was immediate and the cost was fair. Michael was the best. He explained in detail and showed me what the problem was as he fixed it. His honesty and friendliness was exemplary. In short time I felt that he was treating me as he would a member of his family. Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???

Called plumbing innovations to replace my hold hot water heater and ended up going with a tankless system and I couldn’t be happier. Install as super fast and love the system. 10 outa 10 will be using them again for any plumbing needs

Citywide plumbing is the best! Marcos and his guys are knowledgeable and will get the job done right. They did all the plumbing for my $200k+ high-end residential remodel project, and the work is flawless. Anytime a problem arose, Citywide was on the ball. When the jobsite got very dirty (from the other trades), he actually sent 6 of his guys over FREE of charge to help dispose of the construction debris into a dumpster for me. They actually cleaned up after the other trades because they could see I was stressed, some serious customer appreciation! If your job is big or small, give these guys a call, they are awesome!

I called this business because I received a letter from the Water Department advising me that I possibly have a leak. Called spoke to Carla she was able to get me scheduled for the next day to have them come out. Monty and his crew were able to tell me where the leak was and what would need to be done to fix it. the only thing is I would have to wait for 2 days because they were all booked. needless to say I waited the 2 days and it was fixed as promised.
