Utilized you three years ago...could not say enough good about the job Josh did.Your young man yesterday Oscar, was very polite but that is all I can say good about his training.My opinion is that Oscar and your company need training. I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Thanks to Nancy, Jerry and the entire team. Will be referring family and friends to this company.

If the work like they drive on the 215/515, I wont use them. Watched one of their trucks use the emergency lane coming on from Charleston on ramp to speed by cars and cut in front of a BMW. Very unprofessional especially in your work truck with your company logos all over it.

Just got out of a steamy shower. As ordinary as this may seem to some, for me, it was a Christmas Eve miracle. Since last Saturday (and for nearly a week beforehand), my hot water heater has been completely out of commission. This heater is exactly a year old, but I've had nothing but difficulties with it ever since I got it, and the contractor who installed it has refused to take responsibility for any of the issues. Desperate, I remembered Las Vegas Plumbing from work they did for me over a decade ago and gave them a call. Jeff answered my Saturday afternoon call and came by first thing on Sunday to work around my busy schedule. It was Sunday, so he couldn't acquire the part he needed to fix it, but he insisted that someone come out again the following day, and they came right when I got off work. Similar qualities may be found in the other technician, Shane. Once he got it working again, he saw that the gas pressure was low everywhere—not just the water heater. He gave me PGW's contact info so that someone could come out and fix it. He even checked in with me the following day to see if PGW had shown up. Read on to find out how delighted the PGW supervisor was with Shane's diagnosis. My stove and heater were running better than ever after three teams of PGW workers installed a new gas line, but despite the restored gas pressure, the water heater's pilot remained inoperable. After finishing his work for the day, Shane came straight to the house and took apart the fuel valve (gas valve?) on the day before Thanksgiving, when he could have easily brushed it off. He realized the back half was defective and swapped it out with a backup he always carries around just in case. He also put up a complimentary carbon monoxide detector. To me, he is the plumbing equivalent of Superman, and I will be eternally grateful to him. Because of him, I get to take a nice, hot shower and wash the dishes so that I may finish preparing the Thanksgiving meal. I have no doubt that between Shane and Zack, Goodman Plumbing is the best contractor of its kind in Philadelphia and that they have earned my family's and my undying loyalty.

They never answer the phone or respond to the contact us submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!
