On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Called for a water leak on side of garage. Was pleasantly surprised that the office called me and said they will try and get someone out the day of. Tech called about an hour later and said will he out later in the day. The service tech was to the point and gotnon the issue right away. He was ex Military and learned the trade while serving. Very professional and I appreciated the work that was performed and reasonable price.

Terrance arrived earlier than expected to install a Kohler warranty kitchen faucet. He completed the installation in a timely and professional manner, cleaning up after himself completely, and tested the faucet on both hot and cold sides (single faucet with both water lines into it) to confirm no leaks, then flushed our water heater. All seemed well, and we paid a reasonable fee for the installation. recommend his services.

We called the next day as our recirculating pump appeared not to be working, and Terrance returned to check it out. In a zoom call with Sean Butter it was suggested to back wash the recirculating pump, which resolved the issue. We also asked why the hot water side of the faucet was lower pressure than the cold water did, so Terrance sit off the hot water side and checked the gasket, which was not seated properly in the connector, so he was able to get it into its groove, reconnected the feed line, and all was good.

I highly recommend Terrance for his patience, attention to detail, perseverance, and professionalism. I have used Butter Plumbing for several years and they have never disappointed.

Poor service, installed faucet, starts leak with in a week.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!
