Customer service is dead? I think not! Very professional and prompt; reasonably priced. My dad is 80 years old and they could have scammed him or overcharged him or whatever but they didn't. Aric is the man; he did right by my dad and I appreciate that.

Honestly I just wanted the visit to be over he knew nothing and was guessing could be this could be that and I was getting quoted anywhere from 300 to 600 just to get a toilet seal fixed a little rubber flap. I need an older experienced plumber not a young novice sorry this is why I do. Not want to google a plumber you are just getting a company that is sending people that don’t know how to just get it fixed instead the option is completely new things well I don’t have it now I’m so I just needed a quick fix instead I’m out 70 for a diagnostic instead of a fix cause it’s by the book not by life experience of quick fixes. I’m glad it was over I was probably gonna set my self up for some new loan just to replace a toilet or get a rubber replacement for the flap like what are we doing here . I have been waiting to get a job for months to call a plumber to fix a simple thing for like the time and the fix no it was all these extra papers and signatures and monthly plans like bye don’t play with peoples money just do the job

On 26 Oct 2017 a plumber sent over was very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. We found out by several other plumbers that you should never touch the maniblock part of the plumbing, which John did, Plumbing Solutions of Nevada. It is now dripping/ leaking and we have contacted the business 3 times and have not heard back from John. We hired another plumber. I would like to know how Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is going to rectify this. I will contact Channel 13 Investigates if we don't hear back this today.

Israel & Adam are knowledgeable, professional & reliable plumbers. I received same day response on a Saturday with no appointment. They worked weekend and nights at no extra charge and resolved my water heater issues. Very reasonable prices. The invoice was 2/3rd price of quote I received from Y *** Plumbing.
