From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! These plumbers are honest, reliable, and responsive. It does not necessarily matter what time it is but they will come when you call them. If you need a plumber, you should look no further.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

Lange replaced a water heater through my home warranty company several years ago. They did such a great job and were so kind and helpful that I've used them several times directly and always refer them to all of my friends in need of plumbing services. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and the work is great quality. I recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

Levi came out and took a look at a leak I had beneath my bathroom sink. He was very thorough and professional with how he handled everything from the time I answered the door to the time he got my plumbing fixed. I couldn't recommend a better company in Las Vegas than Best A/C and Plumbing. Their whole team was excellent from the start!

We had a clog in our main line and Kenneth came over to help out! He was super communicative and knowledgable. Our problem was fixed in a timely manner! Well here again of issue ever occurs in the future:)

Plumbing repairs

I called Larkin and scheduled a visit of a plumber to come and fix my shower valve. They came after couple of hours wanted me to sign an invoice without any figures in it. I asked to get an estimate prior to work beginning as i had another prior estimate and wanted to make sure the price is fair. The plumber could not provide with with a quote unless i sign...I then called their office and talked to their manager. He was going round and round without being able to provide me with answer. I knew that once i sign that, I would be toast...I found another plumber.

Miguel does it ALL. He's scoped our sewer lines, fixed toilets, installed a bidet, installed a water filtration system, replaced outdoor irrigation valves and a hose bib, and changed out our kitchen faucet. He is always communicative, timely and affordable.
