After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Following a leaking angle stop valve on a Sunday evening, Daniel arrived in under 20 minutes and solved the problem in the most professional way. He even finished a new toilet installation at the same time. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Daniel and his company. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Lange Plumbing is a great company. I was trying to get to them on Google search when I got a link that said Lange Plumbing-Mr. Rooter. If you get this link, don't do it. It will not take you to Lange. It will take you to Mr. Rooter and they are not good. Make sure you are directed to Lange Plumbing.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

I called Best as a second opinion because I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system by another company. Well, Dave was awesome! He fixed the issue in 30 seconds!!! No new unit needed. With his skilled eye and experience, he saw a wire was out of place and fixed it in a snap. Thank you Dave! Definitely calling you the first time in the future 😉

Sean came over to ck for leaks from previous repair. No charge as work was rock solid. We have use this Company several time. Home is 45 years old. We have another leak under slab in different location. We will use again soon. Great patience and understanding.

I called Larkin and scheduled a visit of a plumber to come and fix my shower valve. They came after couple of hours wanted me to sign an invoice without any figures in it. I asked to get an estimate prior to work beginning as i had another prior estimate and wanted to make sure the price is fair. The plumber could not provide with with a quote unless i sign...I then called their office and talked to their manager. He was going round and round without being able to provide me with answer. I knew that once i sign that, I would be toast...I found another plumber.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE WORK DONE. THANK YOU ANTHEM!
