Daniel was actually fantastic. But this place is a FULL ON scam. I come from family of contractors in NY- a more expensive market. This price was absurd. Every plumber I know said their price was absurd. Contractor even acknowledged it.And $99 just to come see it? What a crock! I was told that’s the “cost of doing business.” Do you know what that means folks? That is YOUR cost - not your customers.Feeling very taken advantage of and my shower faucet still drips! GREAT WORK folks!Can’t wait to find more review sites to add this to. I’m also a podcaster. So I’ll be doing a full on podcast on the “Cost of doing business” featuring YOU! 🥰

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

American Brothers Plumbing Co went over and beyond when taking care of a broken shower fixture at our rental property. Not only did they fix what was broken, they educated the residents on the importance of using their water softener unit and even added salt pellets. We will definitely use American Brothers Plumbing Co for any plumbing issues we encounter in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Great service! I have a 'tankless water heater' & no one really knew what to do. They sent a guy out to my house that knew EXACTLY what the deal was! Could no recommend them enough.

Alex came on time. He was superb to work with. Patient and knowledgeable lead to finding the water leak coming from our hot water tank. I would recommend Alex for anyone who wants a good company that was very transparent and fair in the price charged. Certainly this company deserves the name MUCH BETTER PLUMBING
