Bifurcated capacitors taped inside cardboard box and set loose in the box. Fire hazard, poor workmanship. Air squad says they don’t get paid enough from American home shield. They don’t care. Very unprofessional. Original was dual Capacitor with metal bracket.

At first he said he would need to come back after the weekend due to parts. He tried different things and was able to complete the job. He saved the weekend. His customer service is outstanding. Our main line needed to be cleared and after calling company after company and waiting for hours for one to show up that was going to charge an arm and a leg. We found American Brothers Pluming the lady we spoke to was very nice and understanding. Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency.
