Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

It's amazing in the huge city you can still get service that treats you like family. My HVAC system died on Monday and my family had no air on the hottest day of the year so far, within a couple hours after I called Simply Air had a crew out to my home to do an entire HVAC system replacement the same day! It's not a fast process because of the size of the job but Ari, Marcus, Ryley and Mike V. had a new system installed and my house cooled down by night fall. These guys are just friendly, helpful, efficient and professional in every way. Mike V even stopped back by a couple days later to check how everything was. Simply Outstanding, Thanks guys!!

Water heater is under warranty and they want to charge me the time it takes them to figure it out what is wrong. When we already know there isnt any hot water. So he left with a water heater unfixed and they want us to sign for a bill and come back tomorrow. So I called the company and asked to speak to the manager or owner and they said her name is Rhonda but they dont know her last name. So I am now waiting for a Rhonda who's last name they dont know to call me back. Terrible!!!!

Wesley from 5 Star Home Services came to my home on Monday, July 30. We were without air for 2 1/2 long days after returning from vacation. The apartment was sweltering, to say the least. One Tech from a different company, Igor from Air Pro Master, was in on Sunday, and stormed out of the house after 1 hour, stating he could not diagnose the problem leaving us stranded without offering any alternatives. Wesley, on the other hand, worked relentlessly until he did get the problem solved repairing 3 issues associated with the AC failing to function.
Wesley was polite, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked for almost 4 hours straight in the 109' heat in the home. I noticed him on the phone for back-up advice. Needless to say, we were grateful and happy he was assigned to our house. I highly recommend 5 Star for service, and in particular, Wesley, to get the job done right!!

I called them to solve a complex problem that other plumbers could not solve. From the very first call I could tell this place was different. They were real professionals who understood their trade and, equally as important, how to provide outstanding customer service. They confirmed their appointment with me the day before and then showed up on time the day of the appointment. They stayed until the job was done and got the job done right. It was a huge relief. Last week my AC was serviced by Ryan. He did a fantastic job. What I appreciated most is how courteous Ryan was toward my grandfather. He took his time to answer all of his questions and didn’t mind repeating himself multiple times. I even received a follow up call after the service was completed.

Riley came to start the process of fixing a leak we have. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I give him a 6th star as he was a trooper with my little guys running around and wanting to talk to him as he worked. Would welcome him back anytime!
