On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Three reasons you need to call Spyder Plumbing. #1 when James answers the phone he is happy and pleasant, #2 hot water tank failed on Friday night, called Saturday morning at 8 am and had new water heater installed by noon. #3 Jason did the install. Great personality and did excellent job replacing old hot water tank. I sent pictures of old tank and James gave me a price quote over the phone. Price was very good for Saturday install. I rate Spyder a FIVE Star. Excellent experience and I recommend you give them a call.

Rude dispatcher unprofessional service
Installed extra long shaft condenser fan and left the wires uncovered and left the cover without screws
Tha fan shaft hit the compressor and the blade broke later causing big noise and vibration in the outdoor unit
I called back and the dispatcher said that the noise is not there problem

Jesus Gonzales was very thorough and professional in inspecting and fixing a toilet that caused water damage.

Quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed.

LV Restoration performed a whole whole pipe replacement on my house. They removed the Polybutylene pipes and replaced them with Pex pipes.

They did this within the timeframe promised and their work passed inspection the first time. The drywall repairs needed where they had to access the pipes in many locations were of top quality and you cannot tell the walls were cut into at all.

This is not an inexpensive procedure, but their quality of work and peace of mind knowing I'll never have a water line failure is well worth the cost.

I definitely recommend LV Restoration for this type of work.
