Best Preventive Plumbing Maintenance in North Las Vegas NV

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Needed a water heater pipe replaced that was connected to the recirc pump. Carlos arrived on time first thing in the morning, replacement and repair completed in a timely manner. Great service!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink which did a lot of water damage to the cabinet. Kurt and Mike came out the next afternoon and had everything fixed in no time! Replaced all the old, cheap plastic push/pull stops with nice new quarter-turn stops! Replaced a supply line and fixed all leaks! Definitely would use him again!

Kristen was super friendly and got me the service I needed the very next day. At a great and totally reasonably price! The plumber was timely, knowledgeable and did a great job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from here on out. Thanks guys! Great job.

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
