Bailey was great. He was kind, straight forward, and helpful. He informed us that he would make sure we were taken care of. Ultimately, we needed a water heater replacement and he took care of the switch. He also looked into our water softener too. I don’t recall her name but the lady my fiancé spoke with Tuesday morning was the same lady I spoke with Tuesday later afternoon. She was super sweet! I’m really glad the previously owner had selected Pure because they truly are great.

Awesome as always. I needed some hot water plumbed to a new washing machine in my office. They came and did an amazing job. Called multiple times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it and even came when we didn't have patients. They killed it again!!

I have used Dignity multiple times at my dental office and my house. Anything from replacing toilets, hot water heater, garbage disposal, etc They are always on time and what impressed me the most is he put on a new pair of booties over his shoes each and every time he left the house. That attention to detail is what matters!

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!
