We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I found them on Angi. Contacted through the service this morning. It is now 1:49 pm and the job is done. Ramon was on time, professional, polite and did a great job. The office staff was very responsive and accommodating. I love being able to email and text for communications as I cannot usually answer a call during the day.
