I had a water softener installed. They installed a drainage line and replaced the main valve. Also a new bathroom sink. Plus 8 new angle stops were replaced as well. AJ and Nestor were very professional and did excellent work. Kept me informed the whole way through and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Pure Plumbing & Air to anyone.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Within seconds of filling out a service request online, City Wide Plumbing called me. They came to my house an hour later (7:30pm) and found a leak in my main water line. The quote they gave me was below the other companies I contacted. Service was scheduled the next morning. They arrived on time and kept me updated of their progress. The landscaping was put back in place when they finished the job. Highly recommended!

In house plumbing came to my home to take a look at a leak. I told them what the other companies told me about the problem. Angel was really straight forward with everything. I liked the price they gave me to fix the issue , it was almost half the cost of the other companies. Yes plumbing and my warranty company were charging me 5500-7000k to rerun my main water line , angel and his workers came and did an awesome job for 3500. I cant complain. Great honest job.
