Water heater broke at my house. They sent a plumber over within a few hours and notified me by text and email when he was on his way. My plumber, Matt Fall, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problem, the cause of it, and gave me a few options for repair. I really liked that he took the time to show me all the problem areas with the previous install and explain everything thoroughly. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish! Thanks Matt!

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Their response was immediate and the cost was fair. Michael was the best. He explained in detail and showed me what the problem was as he fixed it. His honesty and friendliness was exemplary. In short time I felt that he was treating me as he would a member of his family. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Garrett Brigmon was very, very EXCELLENT! Of every technician whom has come to our residence, this man was the only one that was professional and one of the best professionals I've seen overall in a very long time. He was very informative, patient, understanding and dedicated! I actually regret letting him leave without tipping him, although it might not be a job that allows, he definitely deserves a big one. Anyone who felt compelled to comment on Ward and Hane's ability to not only get the task done but to do it well and on time would be able to attest to their skill. Others who have had the pleasure of doing business with them have done their part to spread the word that they're the genuine deal, and I'm more than happy to do the same. I have now employed them twice and can say they have been more than fair. More than willing to accommodate my budget and plumbing requirements. In addition, there is an uncommonly personal element to their work. They treat each task as if they were doing it for themselves, and they have been willing to share every step of their process with me as they perform it. There is no greater transparency than that. In addition, they always possess a genuinely positive attitude. Just a cheerful, family-owned business with employees who perform their duties as if for themselves, but for you. I’ve been using Len for a few years for small plumbing jobs around my home. I thought he was great! I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently. Completed my job in a timely fashion, I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work, big or small.

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost!
