There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. This company replaced my main water supply pipe (old/poly) and my shut off valves. They came out within hours of me calling, gave me a FREE estimate, and started working in my yard the next day! The techs arrived early both days and kept me informed during the entire process. Pricing was VERY competitive and the customer service was amazing!!! They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!!

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

I appreciated the overall professionalism by everyone I spoke to and the prompt service. I was stumped by a slow leak that I could not locate and was worried that it was a slab leak. The majority of my Pex water lines are routed through the attic and down the walls, the only exception was the kitchen sink island. I’m reasonably handy and went over the steps I completed with Jose, Sr. Plumbing Technician. His experience helped locate a faulty double sided shutoff valve that served my kitchen sink and RO system that I had previously turned off during my search. The RO system was still receiving a small amount of water and the faulty drain line was the source of the leak. In hindsight I should have been more thorough in my search but I was convinced the leak was under my concrete foundation (I had already eliminated a landscape/pool leak). I was more than happy to pay the initial service fee and I completed the repair myself. I’m grateful that Jose listened and would happily recommend him as well as Precision Plumping to anyone in need of their services!

Not the first time using this company. Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable. Service tech remembered the little things about my family when he returned for yearly service. Was very honest about my system and what it needed to make us happy throughout the year. Made you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Would recommend these guys to everyone!
