We had a ceiling leak due to clogged bath. They came through AHS, double checked everything to make sure there are no leaks. Their assurance gave me comfort.

Called to find out when we could get an appointment to fix our pressure regulator valve and got it fixed the very next day by Andy. He showed up within the 2 hour window that was given and replaced the faulty valve making the plumbing look BRAND new again. He restored our water pressure and kept everything clean and dry!! I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???

Always on time, reasonable prices. I had called other plumbing companies that made the work seem much larger than it was to make an extra $. Prime plumbing was very honest!

Mario came out and did a repair to my water heater. Not only did he go out of his way to find parts to get it fixed the same day, he called me back an hour later and again the next evening to make sure it was still working right. I would definitely call them again for any pluming issues.

Three days worth job still not complete a *simple job.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
