Kristofer was great. Very professional, polite, and a wealth of plumbing knowledge. He was on time and did an amazing job.Kris replaced a failing/leaking RO system and answered every question I had along the way.Kris went above and beyond and offered to test our home water pressure. I am so glad he did. He discovered it was way high and that our current pressure regulator valve was not working.In fact it hadn’t worked since we moved in. He gave me a quote on the spot and gave me time to think it over after he left.We made the decision to get the pressure regulator replaced. Kris came right back, same day, and performed the work.We had been living with water pressure issues for 6yrs + and Kris’s professional assessment and work FIXED the pressure issue. SWEET!!!Now we can shower and flush the toilet without losing most of the water pressure.Kris, if you see this, my family says “Thanks!”

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

I had a water leak in my daughters bedroom wall. After calling 3 different companies to get a quote, In house Plumbing was the only one on time, they took the time to explain the process to me and they came in with a quote that beat both the others. They were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

We requested to have a “Plumber” come to our home to check the plumbing in 2 of our bathrooms. As it stated on their website, they have Plumbers and that they also do tile work. Our request for the Plumber was to address an unpleasant scent that was coming from one of the shower units along with possible tile replacement, and the other issue was for a drain issue in a separate bathroom.

After waiting for 2 days for the Plumber, they sent over an Electrician, who was absolutely clueless on what to do or what the problem was.

This was for a 2nd opinion as we had an actual Plumber come in a few days back. For this company to send an Electrician to our home for Plumbing issues, is/was mind boggling!!

This was A Huge waste of our time and day!
