Water was heard running in the drain under my kitchen sink. After checking the water sources inside and outside of the home, there were no visible leaks or sound of water running except under the kitchen sink. Not knowing who to call, I searched out names of plumbers on the internet and read the reviews. Plumbing King, LLC was highly recommended. I called the number listed and Steven answered. I explained my problem and he said he could come over later in the afternoon. Steven arrived and in respect of my home, he removed his boots before entering. He looked professional wore special clothing identifying himself as Plumbing King, LLC. I explained to Steven that the water lines are under the foundation; that I could hear water running in the kitchen drain; and that there were no visible leaks inside or outside the home.
Steven checked all the water locations and suspected the leak was under the kitchen sink. Steven explained my options, the details of the work such as cutting several holes in the walls, running the new pipe through the attic and the cost for this work. I accepted his offer. Steven and Jordan arrived the next morning to start the work. Steven conducted a thorough check of all the water sources and found the problem was the water line under the kitchen sink. Steven cut out the drywall and found there were two leaking cold water lines. Steven, Jordan and Tyler completed the work timely and professionally and kept my home cleaned. A few days later and before the drywall was replaced, I asked Steven to replace the hot water line for which he did in a timely manner. A few days after that, I had a plugged drain. I called Steven and he came over and unplugged the drain at the end of his day. He also installed a new water softener. A state inspector commented on how nice the work looked.
Steven is professional, friendly, courteous, polite, prompt and respectful. I can say the same for Jordan and Tyler. If ever I need a Plumber, Plumbing King, LLC will be the one I call and the one I refer to others. Thank you Steven for completing all this work in a professional and timely manner.

Pure Plumbing was professional from the initial phone call. The had excellent communication about the appointment time and dispatch. Bailey, the plumber, quickly identified the problem and said we would need to replace a toilet. He was able to get the toilet replaced within 2 hours. The new toilet is way better quality than our previous toilet. Overall the experience was easy and efficient.

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Juan Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond any expectation. Very timely and responsive too. We had a really unique water heater and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced with the proper model and parts to meet code. He took a lot of time he didn't have to to ensure things were done correctly and the proper parts were used. Took multiple trips due to supplier issues but Juan Carlos made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. Thank you.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call. They did call but only to let us know that they will not make it and reschedule for tomorrow again 8-5pm. Wasted day. We are repeat customers too . Just so sad that they
