Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. Had a good experience with this company. It took 2 times to get it working again. Both technicians very knowledgeable and helpful. The first time they fixed the unit and got it up and running however 2 weeks later it the unit was working but there was no air flow,. The second technician found another issue. He got everything back up and running. Both visits fixed the issue so I am grateful 🙏

These guys are great! From the estimate to the installation - they know what they're doing and really strive to make the experience the best it can be. Our AC died and needed a custom part, so David walked us through the estimation process, outlined what we needed and what it would take to get, and then install the part. The installation crew - Brendan, Ben and Manny - were personable, super-professional and went the extra mile to not only get the job done, but also to make sure we were happy with the results. Our A/C went out unexpectedly while the outside temperature was in the 100s. As if that wasn't bad enough my father is an Altzeimers patient, and is on home hospice care. He is confined to a hospital bed in the living room. When we called Bumble Breeze we explained our situation. They promptly sent a technician named Will to our residence. Will was SUPER professional, polite, friendly, and awesome. He described what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. I would recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone with any HVAC problems. This company is legit.

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
