Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.

Excellent water heater repair!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Steve - did a great job checking everything out & making sure it’s functioning as good as possible for a couple of older units . His cleaning was very thorough , we except they won’t have to work as hard now that they’re able to breathe better

Matt showed up on time, gave me a courtesy call and even waited for me to get home after he had already arrived. Once inside, I explained to him my concerns and he was able to address them and fix them right away. I expected a huge bill and it was a fraction of what I expected. I like to understand exactly how things work and why, and not once did I feel like Matt or his employer we're trying to Swindle me out of money. He explained every single step, gave me some ideas for other upgrades down the road and after I told him that some things are out of my budget he said that's no problem and dropped the subject. Which I can appreciate greatly. I'll definitely be calling them for my next repair need

This team is the best in down kind caring honest people care about their clients their homes and take true pride in their work. If bbumble breeze does it they have my buisness. Our plumber came out today not only addressed our concern but gave us a free inspection do we can plan and keep up to date with plumbing maintenance in order to keep our old home running smooth. Never met another company who would take the time to make sure all questions are answered concerns and fears are calmed amd honesty in ever word. 10 out of 10A year later still the best in town came out remember my home were super clean kind and awesome

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
