Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

Water heater is under warranty and they want to charge me the time it takes them to figure it out what is wrong. When we already know there isnt any hot water. So he left with a water heater unfixed and they want us to sign for a bill and come back tomorrow. So I called the company and asked to speak to the manager or owner and they said her name is Rhonda but they dont know her last name. So I am now waiting for a Rhonda who's last name they dont know to call me back. Terrible!!!!

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

What a wonderful company that stands behind they’re work and keep theyre word .Our plumber ran into a lot of issues that other plumbers would have increased the price but this Guy said he was a man of his word and that really impressed both my wife and I.
