Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! Excellent water heater repair!!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!
