Travis and Alex were great, friendly, and professional. Woke up to no hot water again and didn’t have time to fix myself. Called Pure Plumbing first thing am, they had someone out within 3 hours. Relit the pilot and let it start to heat the water then the sizzle sizzle sizzle started. No indications of a leak on the outside but the sizzle sizzle was enough. Gave options on repair from tankless to just replace with tank style. Just had the water heater replace and we have hot water again. I didn’t have to run around, find the parts, replace the water heater, and throw away the old one. Pricing seems fair, I really didn’t compare just wanted hot water again. Was worth it for me not to have to do it after working all day. Time will tell about quality of the work but I am happy and feel it was money well spent to have hot water again. Thanks….

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. Definitely recommend Carlos and this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
