On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Absolutely LOVE this company! Jerry and Helen are knowledgeable, customer service friendly and extremely nice/good people all wrapped in one. Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. The service tech's are so careful and courteous and ON TIME!! He explained everything he did and was very professional, thorough and CLEAN. I have used Butter Plumbing several times in the last couple of years, and I would always use them.

I had no water pressure in my kitchen sink, Garrett stopped by, took a look, and knew exactly what was wrong. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My faucet had to be replaced, and was done in a timely manner. There was no mess, everything was cleaned up nice, and I have water pressure again in the kitchen. You don't realize how you need water pressure to wash dishes, until you don't have it..lol.

Respectful and competent sums up Jeff. He showed up there when he said he would and finished quickly. Las Vegas Plumbing has my unqualified recommendation, and I will be using them in the future. I appreciate the wonderful time I had.

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

Good & bad reviews about plumbers saturate the internet because each of us has our own expectations and I suspect some reviews are fake or paid reviews. My name is Glenn Welt. In 19 years as a Vegas/Henderson resident, homeowner, business owner, consumer advocate, photojournalist and perfectionist, I’ve experienced good and bad contractors. Thousands of Nevada homes were built using Kitec fittings to connect water lines. I ignored years of notices about the defective fittings, the lawsuit, the settlement and ability to get free replacement fittings because I believed my home did not have Kitec. May 2015, a neighbor mentioned that his home was re-plumbed 2 years ago by Rakeman Plumbing and that I could get a free inspection of my home, so I phoned Rakeman. Rocky Gerber knew exactly where to look for the Kitec fittings because his company has re-plumbed many homes in my neighborhood. He made 3 holes in my walls and showed me the Kitec fittings. BOTTOM LINE: Rakeman Plumbing did such a great job, you can’t even tell they were here, despite having made 14 large holes to replace pipes and fittings in 3 rooms of my home. They carefully covered all my furnishings and flooring so nothing was damaged. There were 2 minor “hiccups” along the way but Rakeman rectified them within 1 hour, which impressed me even more because some plumbers are slow to respond after a job is completed. Rocky Gerber, Kristina Williams, Robert Murph, Sergio’s team and the painters put a big smile on my face. Kitec fittings might have failed and flooded my home at any time. The Rakeman team removed all that anxiety. When they repainted my walls I was amazed to see a 100% perfect color match and they left me with extra paint as a free bonus.
It doesn’t get any better than this.
